Consensus Management

Participating nodes in the connecting network follows the core protocols of subnet governance. The participating nodes sync up the subnet activities to its parent chain on a checkpoint basis. The Merkle root data of the created block in the subnet, along with other critical information in any encrypted manner is transferred and stored in the parent chain. While a transaction is being initiated, the cross chain participating node would verify the data consensus inside the subnet and then broadcast it to the parent chain.

The parent chain is further responsible for testing the data integrity of the broadcasted transaction or broadcasted information, using the previous checkpoints and Merkle root’s data. Post the data verification and participating nodes rating, the parent chain will broadcast payload information to the recipient chain, where transactions are to be executed and state change is required.
